In order to do this, we used channels, cloud filters, and brushes. 

Miami Car

This is the edited version of the Miami car, fixed with Gimp. I used hue/saturation, curves, rotation, cropping, and Gaussian blur.

In GIMP I used mostly the clone tool, but also the heal, smudge, and blur tools. It took a really long time.
